Rules of the NASJA Discussion Boards The discussion areas of the North American Snowsports Journalists Association's Web site (the "NASJA Discussion Boards") are places where we encourage discussion and debate on the issues we cover and other program topics. Users must be polite to fellow users, and follow a few simple rules:

IN NO EVENT WILL North American Snowsports Journalists Association's Web site, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF $100. Online Shopping In the event a product available on or through NASJA's shops is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, NASJA will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify NASJA's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of NASJA's offer to sell.
